Project Description
1st East was reconstructed from 2nd North and up. 2nd North was also reconstructed from 1st East to 2nd East. This reconstruction was greatly needed and additionally benefited the access to the Riverside Park. This project was competed in 2014.

The Agency reimbursed the City for this reconstruction for about $482,000.
