Project Description
The Rexburg URA helped update the utilities surrounding Hemming Village which helped in facilitating the Hemming Village investment in their commercial building and apartments. This project was competed in 2012.

The Agency reimbursed the property owner for this as they paid their taxes. The infrastructure costs were about $613,000 and benefited the whole area.
