Members: Williams Riggins, Tisha Flora, Randall Porter, Doug Smith, Robert Chambers, and Traci Peterson via Zoom
City: Scott Miller and Matt Neilson via Zoom
Visitors: Joe Allen, Jim Hirrlinger, and Abbey Germaine via Zoom
Administrative Support: Taylor Carr from ECIPDA via Zoom
Welcome
Chairman William Riggins called the meeting to order.
North Highway District:
Abbey Germaine presented the contract for the Grover Property to be sold to Joe Allen and Jim Hirrlinger (7N Apartments).
Scott Miller presented Resolution 2022.02 for the Grover Property to be sold to 7N Apartments.
A motion to approve the sale with Resolution 2022.02 was made by Robert Chambers and seconded by Traci Peterson. The motion was approved with all members saying “Aye.” The sale of the Grover Property was approved by Resolution 2022.02.

The next meeting will be a next Wednesday, April 27, 2022, at 12:30PM.
