Chairman William Riggins called the meeting to order.
Downtown District
Scott Johnson presented the final selection of the developer for the Downtown District project. Alpha Development is a large group corporation out of Utah, and they were chosen by the committee. Alpha Development met all requirements and is prepared to build on all 3 sites. Tisha Flora made a motion to authorize the city to move forward with negotiations. Mike Glasscock made a second motion. The motion passed unanimously with all members saying aye.
The next meeting is set for March 20, 2024.
